If you decide to inform the company of your relationship, make sure they know that you will keep yourself professional while on the job. Also, inform them that the relationship will not affect your job performance or preoccupy you while on the job.

Having a romantic relationship can be possible with the enforcement of certain guidelines. Try to think of the workplace as high school. If you were caught showing any signs of public affection, then you were probably reprimanded by the teacher. Your employer will more than likely do the same thing.
